Local Deliveries by Fayolli Flowers

Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We offer free delivery within Orange County.

Delivery Areas
For deliveries within Los Angeles County, a standard delivery fee of $80 applies, which includes areas like Beverly Hills.

Delivery Scheduling
When you place your order, you can select your preferred delivery date and time.

Requests for Preferred Delivery Times
While we aim to fulfill preferred delivery times, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to variables such as traffic. You may indicate a preferred time range in the special instructions box at checkout, and we will do our best to deliver within that timeframe.

If the Recipient is Unavailable
If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, we will reach out to you using the contact information provided, unless specific instructions are given with your order. In cases where we cannot reach you, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location, such as a front porch.

  • Leave them with a trusted neighbor.

  • Leave a contact message to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Recipient Contact Policy
To ensure successful delivery, we may contact the recipient to confirm that someone will be available to receive the arrangement or to verify the address. If you prefer we do not contact the recipient, please specify this in the special instructions.


Substitution Policy
At Fayolli Flowers, we make every effort to create arrangements that mirror the images on our website. However, due to seasonal changes and stock availability, certain flowers may occasionally need to be substituted with similar blooms that maintain the arrangement’s intended look and feel. If you need a specific flower, please contact us to confirm availability.

Card Messages
If no specific name is provided for the "card message," the sender’s name will automatically be included.


Returns and Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final
Our team at Fayolli Flowers is dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Given the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damage During Delivery: If your arrangement arrives damaged during delivery, please inform us within 24 hours. After hours, please leave a message with your contact details, and we will follow up on the next business day.

  • Returns are accepted solely for quality-related concerns. Personal preferences, such as dissatisfaction with the style or appearance of the arrangement, are not grounds for a return.

When sending flowers to someone else, we recommend selecting an arrangement that suits the recipient’s taste, as personal style preferences are not valid grounds for a return.

As the sender, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient will be present at the delivery location on the specified date. To maintain the surprise element, we do not verify availability in advance. If the recipient is not available, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled, and this does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Resolution Options
If we confirm a quality issue, we will gladly replace any item damaged during delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not offered. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may provide store credit for future purchases.

Recipient’s Responsibility for Flower Care
To maximize the lifespan of your arrangement, please follow the care instructions provided.


Cancellations, Returns & Exchange Policy
All sales completed through Fayolli Flowers, Shiklina & Shiklina LLC, are final due to the perishable nature of our products and their sensitivity to environmental factors. The only exception applies to items that arrive in defective condition.

  • Defective Product Claims: For any issues with your arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt, including a photo of the item, at hello@fayolliflowers.com.

  • Care Responsibility: Since flowers are perishable, it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided to maintain freshness.
