Cancellations

To cancel an order, please submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled delivery or shipping date. Cancellations must be submitted by contacting us at hello@fayolliflowers.com.


Return & Exchange Policy

All sales with Fayolli Flowers, Shiklina & Shiklina LLC, are final due to the perishable nature of our products, which are sensitive to conditions such as temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception is for products received in a defective condition. Claims for defective items must be made within 12 hours of delivery by emailing a photo of the arrangement to hello@fayolliflowers.com. Please remember that flowers are perishable and require proper care, which is the recipient’s responsibility to follow using the guidelines provided by Fayolli Flowers.


Substitution Policy

At Fayolli Flowers, we make every effort to create arrangements that resemble the images shown. However, due to seasonal and stock availability, we reserve the right to substitute blooms with similar flowers to achieve the same aesthetic. For specific flower requests, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.


Card Messages

If no name is provided for the "card message," the sender’s name will be included on the card.


Returns and Refunds Information

All Sales Are Final

Fayolli Flowers takes great care to deliver fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. Given the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are considered final.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Shipping or Delivery Damage: If you receive a floral arrangement that has been damaged during shipping or delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. For after-hours reports, leave a message with your contact details, and we will reach out to you on the next business day.

  • Quality-Related Returns Only: Returns are accepted strictly on a quality basis. Personal preferences, such as disliking the style of the arrangement, are not grounds for a return.

When ordering for someone else, we recommend selecting an arrangement suited to the recipient's tastes, as style preference is not grounds for return or refund.

As the sender, it is your responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available at the delivery location on the specified date. To maintain the element of surprise, we do not contact recipients in advance to confirm availability. If the recipient is unavailable, a refund or exchange is not permitted, as our delivery obligation has been fulfilled.


Resolution Options

If a quality issue is confirmed, we are happy to replace any damaged arrangement affected by shipping or delivery.

Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not provide refunds. However, if the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we may offer store credit for future purchases.


Care Responsibility

To maintain the freshness of your arrangement, it is the recipient’s responsibility to add water daily and follow the care instructions provided. Proper care will help extend the life of your flowers.

Fayolli Flowers reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping and Returns Policy as needed. We recommend checking our policy periodically for any changes.
